About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation. For our Restaurant Edition of this class, your class will be in one of our restaurants.
About this Dish: Gnocchi are the traditional Italian form of dumplings. While gnocchi often means a potato-based dough, our recipe uses ricotta, making the gnocchi extra tender. We’ll then toss the gnocchi in a delicious pesto sauce. In this class, you’ll make your own gnocchi dough from scratch.
