Hands-On: Date Night Northern Egg Pasta

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

Egg pasta is the prized pasta type that is enjoyed throughout Northern and Central Italy. Similarly to dried pasta, fresh egg pasta comes from two humble ingredients: unbleached all-purpose flour and, instead of water, eggs. Shaping the dough is often done by hand on a wooden surface or with a hand-crank machine. In this class, you’ll make your own egg pasta dough from scratch.
