GROOV3 with JC

GROOV3 with JC brings a choreography-based dance fitness class to Volare Studios in Santa Clara. Led by instructor JC Laraya, GROOV3 combines hip-hop-inspired movement and grooves with a DJ-style music mix for a class designed to keep participants moving.

The class teaches choreography at two different speeds to accommodate different learning styles. No previous dance experience is required, making the class an option for both first-time dancers and those with more experience.
