Gnocchi are a traditional Italian form of dumplings. While gnocchi often means a potato-based dough, this Roman recipe is made using semolina flour. The dough is cooked on the stove before being cooled and cut into pieces. These pieces are layered in a dish with a creamy Béchamel sauce, then baked until bubbling and gooey. In this class, you will make your own gnocchi from scratch.
